Do you offer installation services?

Yes! We offer professional installation services in South Florida, covering areas from Miami-Dade to Orlando.

Do you ship nationwide?

Absolutely. We ship all Bella mailboxes to any location within the United States.

Can I customize my mailbox?

Every Bella mailbox is custom-made. You can choose your material, color, finish, and address numbering. Please contact us via DM or through our contact form.

What materials do you use?

We use premium hardwoods (Cumaru, Jatoba, Cedar, IPE, Garapa) and high-quality composite materials (NORX). All materials are treated to withstand outdoor conditions.

Do you accept returns?

Because each mailbox is custom-built to order, we do not accept returns. If there is a defect or damage during transit, please contact us immediately.
